**Introduction and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions**
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the “User” (also referred to as “You” or “Customer”) and “Fatmahbeauty.com” (also referred to as “We” or “Website”), which belongs to Fatmah Beauty LLC. Both parties agree to these terms without reservation. These General Terms of Sale are the only applicable terms and supersede all other terms, except in the case of a prior express written exception. We confirm that by confirming your order, you have read and accept without reservation our General Terms of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and to Fatmahbeauty.com because they serve to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a company.
- The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is local law.
- Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in UAE Dirham, Saudi Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar, Qatari Riyal, Bahraini Dinar, Omani Riyal and US Dollar will be accepted for payment.
- We will not deal with or provide any services to countries listed on the sanctions list or sanctions issued by OFAC.
- Customers using the Site who are minors/under the age of 18 must not register as users of the Site and must not transact or use the Site.
- The cardholder must keep a copy of transaction records and Fatmah Beauty LLC policies and rules.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
**Changes to the Terms of Service and the Website**
Fatmahbeauty.com is a work in progress, and as such changes may occur, items may be added or removed. We reserve the right to update the Website and these Terms from time to time, at our sole discretion and without notice. It is your sole responsibility to keep up to date with the latest Terms and Conditions by checking regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of updated Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
**Access to the Website**
We work hard to ensure that the Website is always available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no downtime for any reason. We reserve the right to close the Website for short periods of time for general maintenance purposes but we will try to keep this to a minimum. We will not be liable if for any reason any part or all of the Website is unavailable at any time, for any period.
Some parts of the Site require you to enter a password to access certain features. This is to provide you with details relating to your order while keeping them private. As part of our security procedures, we require you to register with Fatmahbeauty.com by entering your email address and choosing a secure password. We strongly recommend that you choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess and that you log out of your account at the end of each session. There is a procedure for recovering your password in case you forget it. You must treat your login information confidential, not disclose it to any third party, and use Fatmahbeauty.com only for personal use. If you believe there has been a breach of security, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately and, if login is possible, change your password.
Your use of the Site is contingent upon your provision of correct, current and complete information. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated any of the provisions of these Terms.
We do not guarantee that the Site or any content provided on the Site will be error-free. We manage your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
**Product Information**
Fatmahbeauty.com takes great care in placing product information, descriptions and images online, but will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in any information provided.
**Prices**
Prices shown on Fatmahbeauty.com are displayed in multiple currencies and do not include delivery charges or VAT. Delivery costs are clearly displayed and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time, but you will be notified of this in the order at the time the order is placed. If a clearly incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected in the total amount when the order is completed, for whatever reason (human error, technical error, etc.), your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the amount paid, even if it was initially approved.
**Availability**
We will always try to fulfill your order once it has been completed and paid for. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund your payment for the item within 30 days of the payment date. If your order includes items that are temporarily unavailable, we will ship the available items first and track the remaining items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping charges for the remainder of your order. If appropriate, we will offer to exchange the unavailable item for another item of similar price and quality. If you accept the exchange and wish to return it to us under the terms set out in our Return Policy, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you choose to decline this offer and the original item is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse you for the price of the unavailable item.
**Secure Payment**
Currently, Fatmahbeauty.com offers several payment gateways. These payment options use advanced SSL encryption to keep your transactions secure and cost you nothing to use. Fatmahbeauty.com charges you as a seller; you do not incur any additional fees as a buyer, so you will not pay anything extra for your order. You do not need an account with these merchants to use these payment methods.
Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.
**Delivery Policy**
We deliver our products to all GCC countries. Shipping will be done via a third party shipping company.
Delivery charges within/outside the UAE will be a flat rate of AED 40. To avoid any delay in delivery, please provide your full address along with your contact details.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing the order. Products purchased on Fatmahbeauty.com will be shipped with a shipping number to your door.
Fatmahbeauty.com makes every effort to adhere to the delivery times indicated on the website. However, we cannot be held liable for the consequences of delays in delivery or loss of the package caused by a third party contracted to carry out the delivery, by you, or due to an unforeseen event or force majeure. In the event that you do not receive the packages, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and it may take several days from the date of receipt of your complaint. During this investigation period, no compensation or redelivery will be made.
Fatmah Beauty LLC does not charge any additional fees, customs duties or taxes. Any fees or taxes according to the laws of the receiving country will be the responsibility of the customer.
**Right of return**
The customer has the right to return the product when the following conditions are met:
- Return request must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the order.
- The request was made in error.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product does not match the requested product.
* All of these terms will be accepted if the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
* An email will be sent to you if your application is accepted or rejected.
When your return request is accepted, you will need to send the product back to us via a shipping company, with insurance against loss or damage to the products - this step is necessary because the customer will be responsible in the event of loss or damage to the product. Shipping charges remain the customer's responsibility.
On the other hand, if the order is shipped by mistake from our side, we will take full responsibility and bear the shipping company costs.
Refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
**For compensation:**
- If the product is returned within 7 days of delivery, refunds will be made only through the original payment method.
**Cancellation Policy**
Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours via phone or email available on the Contact Us page. The refund will be initiated within 24 hours and may take up to 14 business days to complete.
